What we Do

Town finance responsibilities include: payroll, accounts payable, annual town audit & grant management services.

Municipal Finance Guidance

The finance team consists of the Town Treasurer, Town Finance Director, Outside Auditor Services, Selectboard and Town Administrator.

Long-range Capital Planning

Working with the Selectboard and Town Administrator, the Town Finance Director ensures capital investments are planned and paid for in the most cost-effective manner for taxpayers.

Annual Town Audit

The annual town audit is completed each fall and published on the town website and ensures that town required finance reporting complies with State law and national accounting standards for municipalities.
