Upon the recommendation of the Board of Listers, the $124,800 reappraisal contract was awarded by the Selectboard on April 14, 2016 and the project was completed for the April 1, 2019 Grandlist. A complete reappraisal is a re-assessment of all town properties including;

  • interior property inspections
  • development of new land and building pricing schedules
  • adjustments and factors.

The goal is to implement new values for all properties that reflect 100% of fair market value. The last town reappraisal was completed in 2006.
